Did you master our Beer 101 class? Expand your knowledge in the next step: Beer 201. This course will build on skills learned in the first class by implementing beer's best friend: food. Hannah Talbott, certified Cicerone®, will teach students beer pairings, dive deeper into more technical aspects of beer brewing and lead a tour through Highlander's brewing area!
