THINK HOPPY THOUGHTS ®
CATHEDRAL PEAK MUNICH DARK LAGER
ABV 5.3IBU 22. This is the classic dark lager style featured in the beer halls of Munich, Germany. It is made with dark Munich malt and a touch of Sterling hops. You will find it smooth and refreshing, with a light roasted flavor.
DEVIL’S HUMP RED ALE
ABV 4.9 IBU 25. Winner of the 2016 Gold Medal for Irish-Style Red Ale at the Great American Beer Festival®. Out of 80 entries, Highlander took the Gold! This red ale has a light malt flavor, with a subtle sweetness and a mild hop finish. It’s made with Marris Otter English, Caramel, Crystal, Munich and Melanoidin malts, wheat and Willamette hops. Go for the Gold !
MOUNT JUMBO NORTHWEST IPA
ABV 6.4 IBU 55. Like Mt. Jumbo, this is a big and rich IPA. It has a full mouthfeel of underlying Vienna, Munich, and Caramel 40L malts. Combined with some of the finest hops of the Northwest, namelyCascade, Centennial, Apollo and Zeus. This is a big bold beautiful IPA.
LOST PEAK MONTANA LAGER
ABV 5.5 IBU 30. This copper-colored lager is made with a large amount of Montana malt and some Crystal 110 malt. It carries a subtle malt flavor with a slightly sweet accent. Look for a dry aftertaste, with a faint mild hop background. Lovely in flavor and crisply refreshing.
WOLF POINT WHEAT ALE
ABV 5.0 IBU 18. This American Wheat Beer is light, but carries more malt and body as compared with its German counterpart. Made with Tettnanger Hops and wheat. Served with lemon.
STRAWBERRY WOLF POINT WHEAT
ABV 5.0 IBU 18. Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of strawberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale. Served with a lemon for extra zest.
ELECTRIC PEAK IPL
ABV 6.0 IBU 65. Made with traditional German Pilsner malts. Our brewer used Saaz, Centennial, and Citra dry hops, as well as CO2 extracts and oils. The result is a bold style of brew with a delicately sweet aroma, velvety smooth and light-bodied texture, and lots of great hop flavor.
TRAPPER PEAK BELGIAN BLOND
ABV 6.3IBU 22A light, drinkable ale, fermented with a unique Belgian yeast strain, which gives off notes of black pepper, pear, and subtle orange.
BUFFALO HILL PALE ALE
ABV 5.0 IBU 30. A Copper and Gold standard that truly says, “Taste Montana”. This classic American Pale Ale goes down smooth due to its great balance of pale malt and notes of aromatic citrus hops.
SUGARLOAF MOUNTAIN COFFEE MILK STOUT
ABV 6.7IBU 30. Made with Carafa 3 and light chocolate malts, the roasted character of this stout is beautifully balanced by the residual sugars from the added dairy element. We are proud to use coffee from Black Coffee Roasting Company in Missoula to enhance this beer’s complexity.
GRAPEFRUIT MOUNT JUMBO IPA
ABV 6.4 IBU 55. We put a summer twist on our IIPA by adding fresh grapefruit puree'. This highlights the citrus hop character, and makes for a very refreshing summer IPA.
SCOTTY BUTTE WEE HEAVY SCOTCH ALE
ABV 9.5IBU 28Hailing from deep in the heather blanketed Highlands comes the Scotty Butte Wee Heavy Scotch Ale! This red headed behemoth swings a hammer of decadent slightly sweet malt with a side-axe of cunning smokiness.
