DEVIL’S HUMP RED ALE
ABV 4.9 IBU 25. Winner of the 2016 Gold Medal for Irish-Style Red Ale at the Great American Beer Festival®. Out of 80 entries, Highlander took the Gold! This red ale has a light malt flavor, with a subtle sweetness and a mild hop finish. It’s made with Marris Otter English, Caramel, Crystal, Munich and Melanoidin malts, wheat and Willamette hops. Go for the Gold !
BOGGED DOWN CRANBERRY GOSE
ABV 4.4 IBU 10. Wheat based kettle sour beer with a hint of sea salt and cranberry puree’. A touch salty, slightly tart, and very refreshing!
RASPBERRY DOUBLE IPA
ABV 9.1 IBU 90. We used lots of Apollo and Zeus Hops, giving this Double IPA a strong citrus and herbal hop characteristic. Then we added raspberry puree’ to help balance the hop intensity and add a unique twist to a classic style.
WOLF POINT WHEAT ALE
ABV 5.0 IBU 18. This American Wheat Beer is light, but carries more malt and body as compared with its German counterpart. Made with Tettnanger Hops and wheat. Served with lemon.
STRAWBERRY WOLF POINT WHEAT
ABV 5.0 IBU 18. Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of strawberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale. Served with a lemon for extra zest.
SCOTTISH WINTER ALE
ABV 7.5 IBU 24. A Montana favorite featuring complex malt flavors of caramel, toast, and a hint of smoke. Perfect for a cold Montana winter day.
MOUNT JUMBO IPA
ABV 6.4 IBU 55. Our original and most classic IPA. Mount Jumbo is full of Northwest hops, which provide citrus and pine flavors and aromas, all paired with some Vienna and Munich malts to give this hoppy beer a nice balance.
ABV 5.5 IBU 30. Previously known as Lost Peak Lager, this copper-colored lager is made with a large amount of Montana malt and some Crystal 110 malt. It carries a subtle malt flavor with a slightly sweet accent. Look for a dry aftertaste, with a faint mild hop background. Lovely in flavor and crisply refreshing.
FORTRESS ROCK IMPERIAL STOUT
ABV 9.8 IBU 40. An imperial stout with rich and complex flavors of roasted barley, chocolate, and a hint of dark fruit. We added oatmeal to create a silky mouthfeel, and deepen the complexity. We brew this each year to fill our bourbon barrels- come back in a year and try it barrel-aged.
BOYS TO THE YARD MILKSHAKE IPA
ABV 7.5 IBU 43 Our first Milkshake IPA! We used Calypso, Pacifica, and Azacca hops to highlight a tropical fruit hop profile. Then we added lactose, a touch of vanilla, and finished it with pineapple and guava fruit puree’ to create a smooth, fruit forward IPA.
STRANGE HAZE IPA
ABV 7.4 IBU 45 We added late additions of Mosaic and Zythos hops showcasing the pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus hop character from these varieties. The body is light, bitterness is low, but the hop flavor and aroma are definitely prominent. Oh yea, and – it’s hazy!
ABV 6.3% IBU 22. A drinkable ale of distinction, fermented with a unique Belgian yeast strain, giving it notes of pear, subtle orange and a hint of black pepper. It is perfect for early spring activities like snowshoeing and skiing. ABV 6.3% IBU 22.
