DEVIL'S HUMP RED ALE
ABV 4.9 IBU 25. This red ale has a light malt flavor, with a subtle sweetness and a mild hop finish. It’s made with Marris Otter English, Caramel, Crystal, Munich and Melanoidin malts, wheat and Willamette hops.
STRAWBERRY WHEAT
ABV 5.0 IBU 18. Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of strawberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale.
HUCKLEBERRY WHEAT
5 ABV 18 IBU. Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of huckleberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale.
STRANGE HAZE IPA
ABV 7.4 IBU 45 We added late additions of Mosaic and Zythos hops showcasing the pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus hop character from these varieties. The body is light, bitterness is low, but the hop flavor and aroma are definitely prominent. Oh yea, and – it’s hazy!
POCKET COWBOY MEXICAN LAGER
ABV 4.7 IBU 19. Pocket Cowboy is a Mexican style lager using flaked maize in the malt, the perfect amount of noble hops for a crisp bite, and a simple easy to grab name. This beer is light, tasty, and pairs great with Taco Tuesday.
HIGHLANDER LITE
4.2 ABV 10 IBU. Highlander Lite is a traditional American Light Lager brewed to be super clean, easy drinking, and very crushable.
WILD RIVER IPA
6.5 ABV 45 IBU. Highlander's IPA series rotates every 4-6 months featuring a new hop. Our first release: Blackfoot River- is a crisp, light bodied, hop forward IPA featuring Harlequin Hops, which gives this beer big fruit flavors like passion fruit and pineapple.
BLUEBERRY LEMON KETTLE SOUR
4.9 ABV 10 IBU. A kettle sour made with blueberry and lemon puree. This beer is slightly tart, very fruity and super refreshing.
JUICILICIOUS DOUBLE IPA
8.5 ABV 45 IBU. We brewed a citrus, juicy hop bomb with Barbe Rouge, Amarillo, and Citra hops. This is a double IPA, so it packs a punch, but drinks easy with strong notes of orange, nectarine, and sweet citrus.
HBC 630 IPA
6.5 ABV 50 IBU. Our Taproom IPA series. This version is brewed with HBC 630 Hops which gives a strong aroma and flavor profile of berry, citrus and stone fruit.
OKTOBERFEST GERMAN LAGER
6.1 ABV 24 IBU. We brewed this traditional lager using ingredients of Vienna Malt and German Hallertau hops. A rich mouthfeel is enhanced by a touch of hops that complement the biscuit and bread dough profiles of the malts. Available for a limited time with the obligatory “Prost”!
AUTUMN AMBER ALE
5.4 ABV 35 IBU. An Amber ale, brewed with grains of paradise and bitter orange peel, which gives this beer a slightly sweet citrus note along with a peppery spice characteristic.
BEAR'S GONE FISHING WEST COAST PILSNER
5.9 ABV 35 IBU. This is a Pilsner style beer but with a touch of west-coast style IPA. Its light- bodied, crisp and refreshing, but with a bold citrus and fruit forward hop aroma and flavor.
