Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of strawberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale.

We added late additions of Mosaic and Zythos hops showcasing the pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus hop character from these varieties. The body is light, bitterness is low, but the hop flavor and aroma are definitely prominent. Oh yea, and – it’s hazy!

We added late additions of Mosaic and Zythos hops showcasing the pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus hop character from these varieties. The body is light, bitterness is low, but the hop flavor and aroma are definitely prominent. Oh yea, and – it’s hazy!
Pocket Cowboy is a Mexican style lager using flaked maize in the malt, the perfect amount of noble hops for a crisp bite, and a simple easy to grab name. This beer is light, tasty, and pairs great with Taco Tuesday.
